**Cast on 90 with US 6 (I had done 90 with a US 9 and it was way to big. The US 6 and 90 combo I got from the directions of the Barley hat from Tin Can Knits which I made before and it fit.), Knit 1×1 rib for 8 rows, Switched to US 8, When I started decrease I got to the cable row and after it I had 82 stitches, I tinked back to 80 stitches and then just did a traditional even decrease by 8: 80,72,64 etc
